Maine Line Magazine Archive Volume 17

The year of 1969, which contained all of Volume 17, was one of change for the Bangor and Aroostook. In October of that year, Amoskeag would obtain enough stock to gain control of the company and the 'Buck' Dumaine era of the Bangor and Aroostook would begin. Almost as a symbol of this, the last issue for the year has not only a picture of 'Buck' on the cover, but a radical different style of cover almost as a symbol of the new era.
