Timetable - September 30, 1929

Although no one knew it at the time, the Crash of 1929 is less than a month away from when this timetable went into effect. Hunting has replaced fishing on the covers, 'In the Maine Woods' is still available for 10 cents. Sleeping car service is still being promoted from Boston. Mixed trains are being offered across the system and service to Old Town from South LaGrange is down to a pair of mixed trains per day. Service on this line would be discontinued in a few years, although no one knew it at the time.
