Timetable - September 29, 1930

Nearly a year after the Crash of 1929 and the Great Depression is setting in. The photo spanning the covers is of Potato harvesting in Aroostook County and the double inside page is the same as the previous timetable in this collection - Fast Freight Service.
The largest change comes on pages 19 and 20 - the depression is being used as a backdrop to protest taxation on the railroads and discuss highway construction. It certainly is a viewpoint the B&A would benefit from, but is not a home-grown piece. As of yet, no radical changes have taken place in regards to service and the depression.
