Timetable - September 1, 1983
Released less than five months before the Bangor and Aroostook bus service ended, this is the last public timetable ever released by the railroad. Much like the rail service listed in the 1961 timetable - the bus is down to one trip each way, although buses continue to run daily. Although it is a small thing in the grand scheme, this timetable is a different, smaller size of paper compared to those in the past. Further, it is only a sheet folded in half. The graphics are simple and straight forward with no photographs. Cost was obviously a factor on this timetable.
The stops read like a brief history of Maine businesses - Porteous (Bangor Mall) - Wellby Drug in Lincoln - Condon's Bakery in Presque Isle - plus numerous Exxon, Mobil and Texaco stations that are either gone or re-branded.
