Timetable - March 20, 1944

Very little has changed in the two and a half months since the last timetable in this collection, however, the Patten-Sherman service, which appears in the Rail section now has the subtitle 'Highway Service'. This is not a change to the schedule, or the service, but it would seem is only a clarification that despite being in the rail section, that portion of the state is a Bus only service. More significantly, there is a now a Caribou - Presque Isle Bus service, which specifically mentions arriving at the Air Base. Arriving at 7:35 AM and departing at 5:20 PM, it seems designed to take day shift workers to and from Presque Isle and Caribou. This service addition has required shifting some of the other tables in the bus section to make room, but the content does not seem to have been altered.
