Timetable - June 22, 1896

For the first time in this collection of timetables, some of the passenger trains have become named trains:

• 1 - Aroostook Accommodation
• 4 - Dirigo Accommodation
• 12 - Boston Express
• 13 - Moosehead Local
• 15 - Piscataquis Express
• 16 - Bangor Express
• 29 - Aroostook Flyer
• 87 - Kineo Express
• 102 - Penobscot Flyer

Of those, only the name Aroostook Flyer would continue to be used. In fact, for many years, the Aroostook Flyer was the only named train on the Bangor and Aroostook.
