Timetable - December 5, 1938
Yet another blue tinted timetable. 1938 would seem to be the year of blue. The interior double page consists of an ad for the Aroostook Flyer - still promoting day service between Bangor and Van Buren. The Aroostook Flyer text is now within the column for train #2, indicating that it is the Southbound Flyer.
New to the timetable is a listing for Hasey's Maine Stages - operating between Greenville and Milo. An interesting addition, considering that the railroad is still operating trains to Greenville. A full column ad for Railway Express Agency is also present, but just to the left of that ad is a small service change. Previously, service was offered to Brownville Junction from Brownville. Now service is being offered from Derby, to Brownville and Brownville Junction. Given that the locomotive and train probably originated at Derby anyway, they might as well carry some passengers.
The Bus columns have never been more full and a new service to and from Frenchville and St. Agatha has been added.
