Timetable - December 15, 1941

"Yesterday, December 7, 1941—a date which will live in infamy..."

One of the most famous speeches in all of American history was but eight days old when this timetable went into effect. They could not have known that war would be declared when this timetable was authorized for printing. The war that so many had feared, was finally here.
Style wise, advertisement wise, almost nothing has changed from the previous timetable. Trains are running between Patten and Sherman and Presque Isle and Mapleton again. The buses were customarily taken off for the winter. Aside from that, no obvious changes stand out, including on the bus schedules.
