Maine Line Magazine Archive Volume 24
With only three issues in Volume 24, the new cover header was largely unnoticed. Although not exactly new, two out of these three issues would have a collage of photos on the covers, rare on Maine Line covers. 1976 had a surge in the potato business, through an unexpected direction, exports to Europe out of the port of Searsport. The year was better than 1975, financially. However, more jobs were cut, although wages were higher for those that remained.
